Kevin P. Clark

I study how individuals and teams initiate, sustain, and adapt entrepreneurial efforts under uncertainty. My work draws on motivational theories to explain how founders choose goals, form teams, implement creative ideas, and revise their venture paths over time.
I'm a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, expecting to complete my degree in 2027.
